The D'Youville eSports team competed in its first East Coast Conference Rocket League matchups on Monday and Tuesday, picking up its first ECC win, 3-0, over Mercy in a best-of-five contest on the second night of competition.

In its first match of the campaign on Monday, D'Youville fell to Molloy, 3-0, being swept in the best-of-five meeting.

The Saints opened their second conference match on Tuesday evening by beating the Mavericks, 3-1, in game one, before widening its margin in the second game with a 7-1 victory. D'Youville capped the sweep by taking the third game, 7-3.

D'Youville returns to action next week with league matches against St. Joseph's and Farmingdale State.
